• Must have supervisory experience

Must possess excellent leadership skills and able to manage other nursing staff

Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills

Follow established standards of nursing practices

• Supervise and evaluate all direct patient care

Conduct resident rounds as assigned

Administer medication timely and accurately and monitor for effectiveness

Notifying physicians of changes in patients' condition, weight, lab and x-ray results

• Obtain physicians' orders and revisions of treatment

Follow comprehensive care plans established for patients

Administer treatments according to physicians orders

Assist with admission/transfer/discharge

• Render immediate assistant to any patient in need in a caring manner

Complete all documentation in a timely manner
