Lakeside Neurologic is currently offering a $4000.00 Sign On Bonus for  FT LPN Candidates.

Retro Scholarship available for qualified individuals

The sign on bonus is paid as follows:

• $2000.00 on six month anniversary
• $2000.00 on the anniversary of one year of employment.

Requirements:

- Licensed Practical Nurse Degree or Vocational Nurse Certification.

- Current State of Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure.

- Skilled Nursing, Sub Acute, Long-Term and or Home Health experience.
