Summit Home Care is a family-owned and operated home care agency looking to bring on compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or RNs to join our team of dedicated professionals.

As we look for LPNs with experience with GTs, Trachs & Vents we also hire new LPNs as well.  Summit Home Care has a phenomenal education program that we offer to new grads and LPNs looking to freshen up their skills.

We are a full-service PDN agency with an immediate need for Licensed nurses (LPNs) to work with our clients.  We have tons of options for work; we offer full-time and part-time options with nights, days, or weekend hours available.  This opportunity awaits motivated and ambitious professionals looking to work with a great agency.

Responsibilities:

• Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
• Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
• Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

Requirements: 

•          Current LPN license in the state
•          Up to date first aid and CPR certification
•         Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
•         Compassionate and friendly demeanor
•         Required Medicals
