What you will have an opportunity to do:

We are seeking a Line Cook who has experience working in a high-volume kitchen. This position will prepare a variety of breakfast items, ensure food tickets are made in a timely manner, and work closely with the Expeditors to ensure each food order is of the highest quality and freshness when it is delivered to the table.

• Full Time hours (30-40) hours per week. plus, great health benefits, employer match program for 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time, and double pay option if working on company recognized holidays.
• Pay depends on experience in a professional kitchen, up to $20/hour.

What are we looking for?

• Reliable and dependable individuals who enjoy working in fast paced environment.
• Skilled at working in a team environment.
• A minimum of one year of experience working as a line cook or prep cook in a professional kitchen setting preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• Ability to memorize ingredients in the menu and make food items according to Executive Chef's standard.
• Attention to detail in ensuring food items are of the highest quality and presentation.
• Ability to work on your feet for a minimum 8-hour shift.
• Active Washington food handler’s card or the ability to acquire one within 14 days of hire.
