Line Lead

FULL-TIME

We're looking for a Line Lead who is responsible for:

- Directing a team to run a production line producing the world's best chocolate
- Ensuring productivity standards for volume and quality.
- Leading and motivating line staff to ensure optimal productivity and work quality.
- Assigning daily duties, ensuring policies and procedures are followed; addressing and/or escalating issues in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for the administrative paperwork for your line, including monitoring inventory levels and updating work orders in JD Edwards

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
• Must pass background check

- Ability to demonstrate solid operating knowledge of machinery and manufacturing equipment. - Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced production environment. - 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment - Basic Computer Skills Required - Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Food Industry Experience - 1-2 years in a supervisory/Lead Role - Associates degree or Higher preferred
