SYNERGY HomeCare of Barrington has been providing assistance to people in need for over 14 years.    Our Caregivers/CNAs are the heart and soul of our organization.     We believe that is as equally important to treat our team members with dignity and respect as we do our clients.

Are you an experienced Caregiver/CNA that is looking for part time live-in assignment?    This position will assist a person who had a stroke and MS.  Client is bedridden and transferred with use of a Hoyer Lift.    Caregiver/CNA must be able to able to roll client and reposition.    Assignment hours are Monday 8am through Wednesday 8:30am.

Requirements of the Caregivers/CNAs:

• Have a passion for helping others
• Have reliable transportation
• Be patient and comforting
• Ability to work with someone who smokes
• Ability to perform transfers with a Hoyer Lift
• Ability to care for people who have MS and Stroke
• Ability to pass  a criminal background check with no disqualifying offenses
• Ability to communicate clearly and calmly
