Job Description:

Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring Home Health Aides/PCA’s to work Home Care visits located in Suffolk/Nassau County.

Position: Live-ins: 7 days on-7days off (plus extended stays)

Hours: 13 hours per day

Locations: Suffolk and Nassau County

Start Date: Immediately

Hourly Rates: Up to $17.72/hr.

*Live in HHA's and PCA's are welcome to stay on a case for up to a month*

Job Requirements:

HHA/PCA must be able to read care plan

HHA/PCA Observes and monitors changes in patient condition

HHA/PCA Maintain healthful, safe environment.

HHA/PCA Provide nutritional and environmental support.

HHA/PCA Assist patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, snacks, toileting etc.

HHA/PCA provide medication reminders

Professional Qualifications:

Covid 19 vaccination

Your HHA certificate.

Driver’s license (or Photo ID), social security card, permanent resident card or

Passport.

Recent physical.

2 PPD's or QuantiFERON Gold Blood Test or chest x-ray.

Titer vaccinations (Rubella, Rubeola and Mumps titer).

Two References. (1 Professional, 1 Personal)
