As a Loan Conversion Specialist, you'll work under Consolidation Plus, an Achieve sister company that helps existing Achieve resolution clients accelerate their debt resolution program by loaning them the funds they need to get their enrolled debts resolved faster and improve their credit. Our loan product is only available for qualified existing customers enrolled in eligible debt resolution programs such as Achieve Resolutions.

Work from home/hybrid:
We're proudly offering hybrid work options for candidates located in the Tempe, AZ area. This role requires employees to have high speed internet.

Start Date: December 5th
Shift: Monday- Friday
Hours: 8-Hour Shift Between the hours of 6am - 7pm MST
Pay: $20/hour + Overtime + Uncapped Monthly Commission

What You'll Do:

• Complete a high volume of outbound calls daily: 125+ per day.
• Maintain average conversion rate of 75%.
• Advise existing consumers on loan products while providing solution-based sales.
• Start application, prequalify client, and collect documents. Once approved scheduling Welcome Call with Loan Consultant to close loan.
• Set expectations and create urgency with prospective clients.
• Utilize Salesforce to track and manage leads; leads pipeline will consist of approx. 200 leads and new leads will be generated weekly based on production.
• Adhere to compliance and establish quality standards.
• Qualify lead sources and structure loan applications.
• Adhere to lead contact strategies.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in a fast-paced work environment with proven decision-making record.
• Prior sales, collection, retention, and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience uncovering consumer needs to gather more information to provide solution-based services.
• Drive to meet and exceed sales and/or performance based goals.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills required to follow-up on a pipeline of 200+ leads daily.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft suite of products and solid computer skills with experience effectively managing a CRM.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and influence.
• Strong ability to learn, a willingness to accept coaching and driven to create a successful sales career.
