Top 3 Responsibilities:Deliver WOW service from contact to closeHandle 90% of issues/problems/successes from first contact to closeManage loan pipeline ensuring we’re on track to close on time
Job Duties:Complete checklist on all files and adhere to company time framesCall, text, and email clients to obtain conditionsBe experienced with CRM's and updating client notesMaintain pipelines and hit metricsSchedule all loan officer appointments, including new leads and pre-approval appointmentsBe willing and able to complete pre-approval appointmentsKeep referral sources updated throughout the pre-approval process and under contract updates.Build rapport and keep referrals communicating at a high levelMeet with clients as needed to sign loan applications and disclosuresSubmit all files under contract to processing within 48 hours of contract receiptUnderstand and research all investor guidelines.Stay up to date on program changes that affect processing and originationsSubmit complete files to processing based on investor/AUS requirementsClear any conditions that require communication to clientsCommunicate information pertaining to client/property to meet closing dates with the teamTake responsibility for weekly status report preparation (Pipeline Report)Assist LO with other administrative and/or sales duties as neededQuote rates and lock loansSolve escrow issues without involving LOConfirm signing appointments with borrowers and add to team calendarConsistently exceed client expectations as well as realtor/builder expectationsSetup files using LO checklist for pre-approvals and under contract filesReview all closing statements and correct discrepanciesAssist LO with scenarios for prospective clientsContinue to assume additional responsibilities and help the team growBe coachable and be willing to grow and learnDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skillsPrioritize and meet deadlinesBe available to work overtime and weekends if neededDemonstrate strong math, analytical and problem solving skills
Job Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentRegistered and licensed through NMLSMinimum three to five years of mortgage processing, originating, underwriting or combination of all aspectsAble to work 40 hours a week in-office between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Will worked rotating and scheduled weekendsProficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHave a positive attitudeDependable, self-motivated and require minimal supervisionHave a solid knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and jumbo loan underwriting guidelinesAble to problem solve and prioritize tasksBecome proficient with correspondent guidelines and pricing engines
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Encompass360 Loan Origination SoftwareCurrently licensed or desire to become a licensed Loan Originator through NMLS
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:May sit/stand for long periods of timeMay spend time traveling
