Job Description

The Logistics Buyer position is focused on procuring logistical services for service parts deliveries from suppliers to suppliers, suppliers to Nationals and Field Parts Distribution Centers (PDC's); between Regional Integrated Logistics Centers and both the National and Field PDC's. The Logistics Buyer is responsible for managing all commercial terms and developing sourcing strategies. The Logistics Buyer will also manage all aspects of the supplier relationship including contract maintenance, benchmarking, and achievement of annual cost savings targets and development of supplier/commodity strategies.
