To join this team, please have the following requirements: 

• Current, active license to practice as an RN or LPN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in a long-term care setting.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment skills.
• Prior MDS/RAI experience. Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines as related to skilled nursing.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
