Requirements of the MDS Coordiantor / (RN) Registered Nurse and (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse

Current Florida License as a RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Current CPR 

Expereince of the MDS Coordiantor / (RN) Registered Nurse and (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse

A min. of 2 (two) years as a MDS Coordinator in a Skilled Nursing Facility
