Lacon Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an experienced and dedicated MDS Coordinator (RN) to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility. 

Some of your duties will be making sure that all paperwork is completed and the facility is receiving the maximum reimbursements entitled.  You will collect data and gather information from staff and resident to create a detailed, accurate and comprehensive clinical assessment.
