The MDS Coordinator is responsible for making sure that all paperwork is completed and the facility is receiving the maximum reimbursements entitled.

Qualifications

• Active state RN license
• Understanding of the MDS process: coordination, scheduling and completion.
• Experience working at a SNF or long term care facility
