Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment AND/OR
• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program
• Preferably -year experience in working the RAI process
• Preferably -year experience in MDS Coordinator

Shift & Wage:

• Full Time Opportunity Available
• Shift Needed: Day
• Sign on Bonus $2,500 paid out in 4 increments of $625 over 1 year
