To join this team, please have the following requirements: 

• Current licensure for RN or LPN in MA
• Preferrably 2 years clinical experience in a long-term setting
• Prior MDS/MMQ coordinator experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long term care
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and coverage guidelines as related to skilled nursing.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc.
• Strong research, analysis and decision-making skills
• Communication, facilitation and presentation skills a must
