Machine Operator/Assistant

FULL-TIME

$18.50/hr

Wage Rage: Starting wage$18.5/hr $2/hour shift differential

Working on printing presses and/or die cutters making a variety of corrugated products.

Learning about paper properties, setting up a press, managing colors, and more.

Quarterly bonuses paid out based on profitability AND length of service.

Schedule

Shift start: 6:00PM
Shift length: 10 - 12 hours
2nd: 6:00pm-5am (4 days per week)

Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)

Must be at least 18+ years old

Ability to work safely - You will receive plenty of safety training and direction but ultimately it is up to you to work safely. Exemplary attendance - We strive to satisfy our customers with on time delivery, but it is hindered if you cannot report to work every day on time. Willingness and ability to work overtime - It is imperative to keep our customers happy, and overtime is sometimes critical to make that happen. Strong work ethic - We look for individuals who exemplify good work habits, team oriented, and always looking to improve their status with our company. High school education or state registered GED preferred. Team player - Must have the ability to work together, communicate, and share ideas with other team members. Fundamental skills - Read a tape measure, basic computer skills, simple math, and writing. Physical demands - At times you must be able to life, walk, climb stoop, stand, push/pull for at least 8 hours a day plus overtime when required.
