Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking seasonal Maintenance Laborers to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in West Yellowstone, Montana.

We have dorm-style housing and RV Sites available. We also offer an employee meal program, store discounts, and recreational activities for our associates.

Maintenance Laborer starts at $15.00 / hour!

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance duties.
• Replacing light bulbs.
• Unclogging drains and toilets.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Winter shutter removal and fall shutter installation.
• Perform basic repair and maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Perform lifting, shoveling, cleanup work, snow and ice removal, painting and assist in general maintenance work.
• Painting.
• Safely operate small power tools, shovels, rakes, and other maintenance tools.
• Assisting to maintain overall cleanliness and ascetics of inside and outside of buildings.
• Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months' previous experience in maintenance or construction environment.

Physical Requirements

• Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and to paint.
• Ability to stand, crouch, and climb to perform repairs, use ladders, and perform various types of manual labor.
• Ability to lift up to 85 pounds occasionally.
• Frequently lifting 50 pounds.
• Visual acuity sufficient for reading, performing repairs, and painting.
• Exposed to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons, including variable temperatures and wet and/or humid conditions.
• Occasionally exposed to fumes and toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Noise level may be moderate to high.
