Maintenance Mechanic

FULL-TIME

$40.25/hr

Duties include:
- Mechanical setup and adjustment to manufacturing equipment to change product size and optimize equipment performance.
- Troubleshooting, repair, and rebuilding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic parts and subassemblies as required to efficiently maintain production floor capacity and capabilities.
- Completing preventive maintenance tasks on a defined schedule
- Providing appropriate communications with production floor staff on machine condition, effective setup and run conditions, and repair status; work with plant leaders on equipment production schedules
- Interacting with CMMS in documenting work orders, parts inventory, and PM schedules in maintaining the company's Reliability Program

Schedule

Shift start: 6:00AM or 2:00PM or 10:00PM
Shift length: 8 - 12 hours
Must be flexible to work any shift (union contract). Some weekends required

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

At least 3 years of experience as a mechanic in an industrial environment PLC troubleshooting experience Proficiency with computers to interact with plant's CMMS.
