Maintenance Technician

FULL-TIME

$29.25/hr

Key responsibilities:
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting all equipment on site
• Interacting regularly with vendors, including scheduling and assisting with pricing
• Managing preventative maintenance program including 100% operator compliance, documenting and saving all files related to maintenance.
• Performing root cause analysis for any abnormal conditions/failures, take required corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of such conditions (include operators in analysis as needed)
• Performing welding and fabrication
• Performing general building maintenance
• Performing electrical tasks (troubleshoot and repair)
• Repairing and maintaining all plant equipment
• Ensuring all maintenance and company compliance guidelines are followed
• Ensuring daily reports are accurately completed, submitted and/or inputted as required
• Ensuring maintenance housekeeping meets plant standards
• Maintaining adequate supply of pre-approved chemicals ensuring neat and orderly storage including proper labeling
• Reporting safety concerns to management
• Participate in safety and environmental audits
• Requesting PO’s through normal channels
• Advising PS and GM on all current and upcoming maintenance needs and projects

Shift start: 7:00AM
Shift length: 8 - 10 hours
Monday - Friday, some overtime required
