Maintenance Technician

FULL-TIME

$24/hr

Responsible for the preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and continuous improvement of equipment used in bottling and packaging operations

Duties include:
- Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical components of processing equipment such as fillers, labelers, cappers, shrink wrappers, pasteurizers, and Blending equipment
- Reading and troubleshooting via prints and schematics; Use electrical testing equipment, schematics, and ladder logic, and to troubleshoot and diagnose manufacturing equipment such as fillers, packers, labelers, and palletizers
- Installing and making PLC program operating changes in a manufacturing environment as needed such as timing changes, pressure/temperature operating levels, speed references, PID loops, and operating sequence

Schedule

Shift start: 5:00PM
Shift length: 12 hours
4 days/week: Wednesday - Saturday (5pm-5:30am)

Can lift 50 lbs

Strong mechanical and electrical skills with emphasis on equipment troubleshooting and repair
