Maintenance Technician

FULL-TIME

$22/hr

Starting hourly pay is $20.02 - $28.60/hour depending on experience. The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of maintenance activities including corrective maintenance (CM), preventative maintenance (PM), and predictive maintenance (PM) for various computer/PLC controlled production equipment. Must be able to safely apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment and the ability to effectively interact with all plant personnel to accomplish plant and individual goals. Assist in training of other plant personnel. Utilize the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to assist in the development and the execution and follow-up on maintenance activities including but not limited to inspections, calibrations, repairs and rebuilds. Safely perform work, including adherence to policies such as lock-out-tag-out (LOTO), hot work permit and confined space entry.

Schedule

Shift start: 6:00AM or 6:00PM
Shift length: 12 hours
Either Sunday - Thursday with alternating Wednesdays or Thursday - Sunday with alternating Wednesdays.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

Basic knowledge and experience maintaining and repairing production equipment preferred Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills relating to gear reducers, chain/belt drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, heat exchangers, pumps, piping systems, and vacuum pumps preferred Must have 1 year of maintenance experience.
