Job Description

Summary: Assists the General Manager in the efficient operation of a retail store.

If no General Manager in place, works under the supervision of the Retail Mentor.

This is a training position to prepare highly qualified new hires or existing Assistant Store Managers for a General Manager position.

MIT must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Travel will be required in Lubbock, Wolfforth, and Plainview.
