About the role:

As the Manager of Internal Audit for TQL, you will be responsible for assessing and auditing organizational risk related to financial and operational activities. This is essential to ensuring the adequacy of TQL’s internal control environment and aiding in our industry-leading organic growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide internal control recommendations for improvements in processes and systems
• Perform financial and operational audits
• Document critical processes and assess financial, operational and fraud risk
• Design detailed audit testing programs to ensure accuracy and evaluate compliance with TQL’s policies and procedures
• Execute testing plans, document results and provide written summaries to management
• Train, supervise and mentor audit staff on audit processes and assess performance
• Oversee preparation of monthly Internal Control reports

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent discipline
• CPA preferred
• 5+ years related experience in internal audit or public accounting
• Comprehensive knowledge of auditing standards, analytical techniques and internal controls
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Suite
• Humble, servant-leader and team player
• Extreme attention to detail
• Excellent organization, presentation and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of business processes
• Ability to work in a face-paced, open environment and deliver results on tight deadlines
