The Opportunity:

 

We're hiring an analyst within our Competitive Resources team to support our sales and service organizations and research competitors to help us close new business and retain clients. The Competitive Resource Analyst is a professional-level role responsible for running research projects, building and hosting training sessions, engaging with clients and working with sales and service representatives. You will research individual competitors, uncover industry trends, and serve as an internal expert in the broader financial landscape. You will manage projects that are impactful to decision makers across the firm. You will use qualitative, quantitative, project management and public speaking skills.

 

The Day-to-Day:

 

You will report to your group manager with the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research to better understand competing firms' offerings
  • Compile research-based profiles on our top competitors
  • Speak with clients and prospective clients to educate them on Fisher's competitive advantage
  • Develop and host broader firm training sessions
  • Mentor team associates
  • Assist Vice Presidents with tasks like statement reviews or product reviews

Your Qualifications:

  • Someone who enjoys problem-solving, with solid analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrate time and project management skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Comfortable engaging with different levels of the business and High Net Worth clients
  • U.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire
