As a Pre-Arrival In House Marketing Representative you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Distribute approved promotional information and incentives to guests that are Owners, RCI Exchangers, and Renters that meet eligibility qualifications determined by Marketing management.
Generates leads and books qualified timeshare sales presentations over the phone for prospective HGV Owners, Club Members and other qualified customers at property locations.
Conducts pre-arrival calls to owners, renters and exchangers.
Ensures guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts as provided or promotes a courtesy tour.
Completes required paperwork accurately and completely for each tour.
Confirms appointments with guests to ensure tour reservations and improve show rate.
Provides location related guest service to resort guests and visitors, including advising guests to responsible resort services for specific assistance or information.
Follows gifting procedures to ensure costs are met monthly.
Invites and books renters to come back and stay on a promotional package

Qualifications

Customer Service and/or sales experience
Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Be highly driven and a self-starter
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and balance priorities.
Ability to accept rejection in a proactive manner
