Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Alignment of supply and demand with assurance of on-time delivery
  • Implement and drive the production schedule to ensure an optimization of production resources to meet market and customer delivery and lead time requirements
  • Analysis of demand data future forecasts to optimize purchasing strategies inventory plans material handling and presentation
  • Work with manufacturing to expedite operations where necessary to minimize impact on customers
  • Ensure data integrity of our SAP system
  • Accountability for key performance indicators that measure plan and schedule execution and drive implementation of action plans
  • Identifying and leading continuous improvement projects
  • Collaboration with Purchasing, Production Development, Operations, Product Centers, R&D and Project Management with the ability to influence and attain agreed upon executable plans
  • Take key role in the implementation and execution of the SAP GIB Planning tool in 2022 

Required Skills and Education

  • Bachelors degree with 5+ years of supply chain experience
  • Understanding of master data production control supply chain manufacturing and the integration of these areas into the strategic and tactical planning environment
  • Experience in lean manufacturing and pull systems
  • Knowledge of SAP and GIB Planning tool a must
  • Proficient in risk and constraint mitigation with the strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Effective communicator with proven ability to work in a collaborative environment to achieve balanced business objectives with focus on customer satisfaction
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
