New Directions' Washington, PA clinic , is a member of Transformations Care Network . We are currently adding Mental Health Therapists to our team.

About the Mental Health Therapist role:

• Conducts culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families
• Provides individual and family therapy to patients based on identified needs
• Develops crisis plans, safety plans (when needed), relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support the maintenance of stable functioning
• Creates a discharge plan
• Participates in case consultation and agency meetings
• Completes billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within specified time frames
• Compensation $50,000 - $75,000 per year

About You:

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or related degree required which results in licensing, OR
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, OR Licensed Professional Counselor
