What you will have an opportunity to do:

This position will work closely with the Pastry Chef to ensure that event orders and restaurant dessert needs are met. Use your creativity and attention to detail to deliver exceptional desserts and learn new recipes!

• Pay depends on experience in a professional kitchen up to $20/h

What are we looking for?

• Active Washington food handler's certification or the ability to acquire one within 14 days of hire.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary.
• Requiring ability to maneuver and/or lift 40 lbs. (NOTE: kitchen equipment and food and non-food items).
• Experience working in a high-volume professional kitchen preferred.
• Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or relevant field or 1 or more years’ experience working within the food industry as a Pastry Cook, Baker, or relevant role preferred.
