Mill Operator ($1,500 Starting Bonus!)

FULL-TIME

$16/hr, plus $1500 new hire bonus, see details below

Salary range from $16-19 depending on experience

- Operating a liquid injection molding press
- Assisting in cleaning/loading/unloading ovens
- Reading, documenting and inputting readings on work orders
- Packaging silicone products in package room
- Feeding silicone into Extruder Barrel
- Helping clean/load/unload ovens
- Safely operating a multi-ton liquid injection press
- Supporting Quality, Safety, and Environmental Programs

Schedule

Shift start: 6:00AM or 2:00PM or 2:30PM or 9:30PM
Shift length: 8 - 8.5 hours
Monday - Friday, Possibility of Overtime availability is high.

Qualifications

• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

- Regularly required to stand for long periods, reach and move about the facility - Able to use a bag sealer

$1500 new hire incentive

This sign on bonus will be paid in two increments. The first installment will be paid after 30 days of employment and the second installment will be paid after 90 days of employment.
