Mob Scene — an award-winning Creative Advertising Production company — is looking for a Motion Designer to join our team. This individual will report to our graphics Creative Director. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding and appreciation of art, design, and typography. They are able to translate their ideas across multiple disciplines and media within an agency environment. Personality goes a long way. The successful candidate will be punctual, highly organized, proactive, and able to multi-task several projects.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with After Effects and Cinema 4D. Octane and Redshift experience preferred but not required.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and be an expert multi-tasker.
• Able to assess the needs of the current production schedule and design appropriate graphics while hitting all necessary deadlines. When needed, able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Will assist the team throughout the creative process — from concepting through execution of fresh marketing and production strategies. Show us your style frames.
• Department duties will include (but not limited to): design/animation for theatrical, broadcast and digital/social; layout/editing of presentation decks; assisting the production team as necessary to ensure all deadlines are met.
  
  

• 3-5 years motion design experience, preferably at a top agency, theatrical/entertainment experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
