Multi-Craft Maintenance Program Level V
“Qualifications for new hire and to move to level V.

• Must be able to troubleshoot and repair on a daily
basis the following PLC, DRIVES and computer
logic: Alan Bradley, Omron, Automation Direct,
Siemens Industrial, COPAR, Mitsubishi, and
All RS LOGIX 500, 5000, PLC5, Autocad, and
RS VIEW. Proface, Omron, Keyence Human
Machine Interfaces (HMI’s), Yaskawa, ASEA
Brown Boveri (ABB) PowerFlex Drives,
Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s), and other
various components.
• Understand HMI development with FactoryTalk
View, Panel Builder, and General Electric (GE)
Proficiency.
• Must be able to understand troubleshoot and
repair Red Lion HMI Operator Panels, Visual
management and panel meters.
• Must be able to understand troubleshoot
Wonderware software, and CitectSCADA
software and drivers.
• Develop electrical drawings using AutoCAD
Electrical.
• Must be able to score an 80% or better on the
following test below.
1. Maintain the plants PLC’s (Programmable
Logic Controllers)
2. Troubleshooting and Programming of all
PLC Controllers
3. Install and Maintain Electrical Upgrades
(such as added technology, new drive
installs, new equipment installs)
4. Leads efforts in training other maintenance
associates in troubleshooting electrical
problems with a special concentration on
PLC logic.
5. AC/DC Drives
6. Single phase and 3 phase wiring
7. Metering devices, counters and testing
equipment.”

Schedule

Shift start: 7:00AM or 7:00PM
Shift length: 12 hours
Shift pattern is 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on and 3 days off

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

Two-year certificates/degrees as a Maintenance Technician from Tennessee Technological Centers or Jackson State Community College Degree / Certificate in Industrial Maintenance
