Advance your career as a National Account Executive (Pittsburgh, PA) supporting our Cereal, Portable Wholesome Snacks and Pop Tarts Business at Giant Eagle. We are looking for top talent in the Pittsburgh, PA area but may consider individuals located in other nearby locations within 5 hours of the customer (i.e., Ohio and other areas of PA). An integral part of the Kellogg Sales team, your outstanding business acumen, senior level selling skills and effective communication will foster consensus building required to meet revenue goals.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Account Development - As a National Account Executive you will take ownership of your business by delivering budgeted volume and profit goals. You will develop, execute, and monitor strategic annual business plans that the competition will wish they thought of.
- Strategic Partnerships - Creating business relationships, you will leverage these partnerships to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver results.
- Analytics - Knowing your business will be imperative in driving sales growth. Performing pre and post promotion analysis and revising future programs as necessary will be a key to your success.
- Budget Management - You will be responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the account.
Required:
- Direct Headquarter Account Sales Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Strong analytics and financial acumen to manage the complexity of a trade budget
- Ability to work in dynamic, short lead-time.
- Ability to work in conditions, which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints.
- Above average proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- BA/BS Degree
- Experience managing trade dollars within assigned budgets
- Giant Eagle Experience
- Prior experience with Syndicated Data (i.e. Nielsen or IRI) and loyalty card data (EYC)
- Consumer Package Goods (CPG) Experience
The ideal candidate will reside in the Pittsburgh, PA area. We may consider individuals located in other nearby locations within 5 hours of Pittsburgh (i.e., Ohio and other areas of PA).
- A flexible work schedule and ability to travel overnight up to 25% of the time but may vary depending on location of residency.
- This position provides participation in the Kellogg Auto Reimbursement program for individuals driving at least 5,000 business miles annually
