• $375k base salary plus uncapped production
• $25k signing bonus
• Stock options 
• $10k Relocation 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Neurology (NEURO)

• Outpatient Neurology
• Multi-specialty group with large referral base, over 40 providers 
• Incoming provider will be the only neurologist on staff 
• No inpatient responsibilities 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Neurology (NEURO)

• Board Eligible or Board Certified required 
• J1 and H1B visas accepted 

COMMUNITY Neurology (NEURO)

• 4 hours east of Dallas
• 200k metro population 
• Regional airport in town
