Job Description
Ivy at Great Falls provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, and rehabilitation therapy.
Registered Nurse needed, as Infection Control Nurse, in Skilled Nursing Facility!

Responsibilities include:
- Oversee facility infection control, implementing systems for preventing, identifying, reporting, investigating, and controlling infections and communicable diseases for all residents and staff
- Following and keeping up to date on accepted national standards
- Provide in-service education for staff
- Administer, log and track staff immunizations
Requirements:
- Must have current Registered Nurse license
- Must have IC Certification through the CDC, or be able to obtain within 60 days of hire date
- Experience in Infection Control and Education preferred, but will train the right candidate
