A leading academic medical center located in central New Jersey is currently searching for an experienced Nurse Educator Pediatric ICU and Pediatric ED to join their award-winning healthcare team.

The state-of-the-art medical center boasts more than 600-beds and provides a variety of primary, acute, and tertiary care services. This organization is regionally known for its numerous Centers of Excellence including cardiovascular care, cancer care, stroke care, neuroscience, orthopedics, and women and children’s services. The Nurse Educator will plan and design the nursing orientation, ongoing education, and clinical programs for the Pediatric ICU and Pediatric Emergency Department units. The Nurse Educator will develop educational models, evaluate nursing activities, develop and maintain employee records, act as a service line resource and subject matter expert, and is responsible for maintaining competencies with all regulatory agencies. The Nurse Educator will work full-time, Monday-Friday with some weekend commitment requirements.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Currently Nursing licensure in New Jersey
• Strong experience in PICU, Pediatric Emergency, or Critical Care settings
