Excellent Pay!!!  Sign On Bonus 3k-$7500 (depending on the scheduled shifts)

Requirements:

Active LPN license

Qualifications:
Experience with LTC, Experience with Matrix ,and eMAR.

Tasks for this position include, but not limited to: Safely administer medications, perform assessments on patients for charting and notify MD/CNP of status change. Work with CNAs to provide good quality care to all residents, entering orders in PCC and carrying out MD/CNP orders. Able to perform standard nursing care as learned in nursing school.
