A leading acute care hospital located in southeastern New Hampshire is now looking for an experienced Nurse Manager Critical Care to join their award-winning healthcare organization.

This full-service acute care hospital is home to more than 150 licensed beds and provides a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient services including emergency and critical care, cardiovascular, surgical services, women's health, and much more. Reporting to the Nurse Director, the Nurse Manager Critical Care will lead the clinical and administrative operations of a 10-bed intensive care unit. The Nurse Manager will lead the clinical success of the unit and is responsible for all personnel management, quality control and performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and fiscal budget for the department. The Nurse Manager will represent the department in all leadership committees and department meetings.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's level degree in Nursing BSN required
• Current Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain
• Progressive leadership experience in critical care setting
