Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the RN Manager Labor and Delivery will enjoy leading this active department. This Manager will be responsible for managing budgetary operations, clinical staff, and for shaping the long-term direction of the department. The Nurse Manager Labor and Delivery will be expected to both develop and evaluate educational programming for staff, as well as process improvement initiatives.
