This reputable hospital is looking for a skilled, experienced Nursing Manager Operating Room to join their team! This facility is located in beautiful Southwestern Montana, and will provide an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement.

The Nurse Manager Operating Room will report to the Nursing Director of Perioperative Services. Supported by one of the best CNOR Nurse Supervisor that Montana has to offer,  as well as two CNOR Charge Nurses, this Nurse Manager will have all the resources needed to lead top quality patient care. 

The OR Nurse Manager will be working in a fast-paced unit with a tenured and experienced staff of 15+ FTEs, which sees over 1000 procedures annually. The 3 Operating Rooms are run on a tight schedule by some of the best healthcare providers in the region. This department offers a wide variety of procedures, from Respiratory Therapy, to Orthopedic, to Cardiovascular Rehabilitation.

The job responsibilities for the Nurse Manager OR include both clinical and administrative roles. Administratively, this position will prepare the annual budgets, analyze financial information in order to make changes to meet budget targets, and develop spreadsheets. Clinically, the Nurse Manager will coordinate and supervise the activities of the nurses and personnel for the operating room services, with a huge emphasis on education and training.
