The Employee Health (EHS) NP provides the clinical services needed to evaluate the medical and psychological fitness of new hires and existing employees to adequately perform the essential functions of their job. These services include, but are not limited to doing physicals, drawing blood, ordering tests and assessing the overall physical and psychological wellbeing of our new hire candidates and existing employees. The NP must be able to provide such services with privacy, courtesy and respect, within the framework of MJHS corporate and departmental policies, as well as federal and NY state law (HIPAA, ADA, etc.). The NP must have a driver's license and a car to facilitate travel between EHS locations.
