Palomar Heights Post Acute Rehab is a Pinnacle Customer Service and company Quality Achievement Award winning, 5-Star rated 98 bed Post Acute Facility located in Escondido, Ca

Ask about our sign on bonus!!! $1500 for LVN, $2000 for RN. AM or PM shifts avaialble

Full-time or part time LVN or RN primarily for medication pass, skin treatments and skilled care management for our post acute patients and long term care residents.
