Cedar Ridge Health & Rehab Center is seeking a full-time LPN Supervisor.

LPN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Assigns and supervises staff
• Oversee care practices of nurses and CNAs
• Monitor patients and assess needs to best company standards
• Adjust and dispense patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
• Perform all routine responsibilities under the direction of the DON
• Complete other duties at the discretion of management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have active LPN License
