The Nurse Supervisor Quality Management & Infection Control will have the wonderful opportunity of overseeing the quality and infection programs at two outstanding outpatient surgery centers within this area, making prior experience within a surgery center a must for this role. The Quality and Infection Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for educating all staff, conducting weekly and monthly meetings with regards to current quality control measures and infection prevention practices, as well as collecting, organizing, and reporting infection and quality control data. The Nurse Supervisor Quality Management & Infection Control will report directly to and work closely with the Regional Administrator.

This healthcare facility is looking for an experienced RN nurse leader that maintains infection control experience, in addition to prior knowledge in infection prevention measures and outcome reporting. A BSN is required, and CIC (Certification in Infection Prevention and Control) is highly preferred.
