Nurse Supervisor (RN) – Evening – Part Time - Up to $50/hr

Are you a skilled nursing leader searching for new opportunities? Connected Health Care is looking for a seasoned Nursing professional for an Evening Nurse Supervisor part time role at a long-term care facility in Yorktown Heights, NY.

The Evening Nurse Supervisor oversees one or more Nursing Units with responsibility for maintaining the methods, policies, and procedures for Staff employees to accomplish designated goals. The Evening Nurse Supervisor also ensures effective level of service to the Nursing Unit(s).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

• Oversee the operational, personnel and fiscal management of assigned areas of responsibility with an emphasis on high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Monitor daily productivity, addressing variance from established standards.
• Investigate adverse events and identify opportunities for development.
• Collaborate with non-nursing departments to establish processes and address issues which enhance the provision of patient care and satisfaction.
• 3+ years of progressive nursing experience required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education – Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Experience – 3+ years RN experience required

Certification/License – NY State Registered Nurse (RN) required

BLS, ACLS - Strongly preferred
