Seacoast Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center, is currently seeking TWO Full Time Nurse Unit Managers, one for our Short Term Rehab Unit and another for our traditional long-term care unit. Requirements for Nurse Unit Manager:

  • Current Massachusetts nursing license (RN or LPN)
  • Experience with electronic medical record, PCC preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid leadership abilities

Job Duties for Nurse Unit Manager:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Mentor RN/LPN Staff Nurses
  • Ensure continual delivery of high-quality nursing care
  • Implement infection control updates
  • Contribute to QAPI analysis and initiatives

The successful Nurse Unit Manager candidate will report to the Director of Nursing and collaborate with our Assistant Director of Nursing and Staff Development Coordinator to foster patient-centered nursing care.
