LPN WEEKEND BAYLOR PROGRAM

AristaCare at Meadow Springs is now offering a Nurse Weekend Baylor Program! 

Work two (3) 12-hour shifts (36hours) every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and get paid “Time and a Half” (Base Rate + Baylor Diff) with Full-Time benefits!!!

Work two (2) 12-hour shifts (24 hours) every Saturday, and Sunday and get paid “Time and a Half” (Base Rate + Baylor Diff) with Part-time Accrued benefits!!!

POLICY

AristaCare at Meadow Springs has a restricted Baylor program to retain optimal staffing levels that includes an employee working every weekend as per their routine schedule.

PROCEDURE:

• A Baylor employee is entitled to accrue vacation and sick time based on hours worked.

• A full-time Baylor employee is eligible for health insurance and company-paid life insurance.

• If a Baylor employee calls out more than two weekends in a twelve-month rolling period, they may lose this special recognition (including the special rate).

• If a Baylor employee is consistently late, they may lose this special recognition (including the special rate).

• Every other holiday, a Baylor employee is scheduled to work.

• All other attendance policies will be enforced, including the call-out being recorded in their attendance tracker.
