WEEKEND WARRIOR LPN

16 hr shifts/32 total hours and paid for 40hrs 

$5000 SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE

(Paid out half at 90 days, half at 180 days)

$32 to $35 Hourly

Seeking a compassionate, highly qualified, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse with a passion for providing outstanding care and customer service

The role is eligible for a $5000 sign-on bonus, provided you successfully complete all pre-employment requirements subject to the terms and conditions of the offer. Bonus will be paid half at 90 days and other half at 180 days

Job Requirements are as follows: 

Current, valid LPN licensure in the state of Illinois

At least 1 year experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care facility.

Current CPR certification

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
