Five Counties Nursing Home in Lemmon South Dakota is looking for an energetic, compassionate nurse to join our Rock Star team as the Director or Nursing!  Five Counties Nursing Home is a 45-bed skilled nursing facility and currently has a Five-Star ranking under the CMS quality rating system.

 Our facility has a home like feel and we have experienced Administration and Mangers in each department.  The ideal candidate will have experience working in long term care, love the elderly, and have a desire to serve the nursing staff as their leader!  We are continually striving for culture change to improve our facility for our staff and residents!

Nursing Leadership experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person!

RN license in good standing in the state of South Dakota is required.

Wage is DOE.
