General Job Description:

IES Residential is one of the nation's leading electrical subcontractors. We are looking for talented people to join our family in Kennedale TX area. We are seeking an Office Manager Assistant. This position will start as part time with potential to become full time.

  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
  • Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
  • Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials.
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
  • Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.

Specific Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience preferred but candidates without experience will be considered
  • Competent computer skills including MS Office (Experience with MS Excel required)
  • Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Team Player
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Previous construction background a plus
